What Are Your Guidelines For Returns?

Our Returns Policy allows for returns within 60 days from the date your order arrives at your address. As the buyer, you're responsible for returning the product(s) to us for assessment, repair, or exchange, including covering the return shipping costs. Please note that original priority shipping fees are non-refundable.

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer a straightforward and efficient return policy. Simply contact us at support@ozzihome.com to initiate the return process. We'll provide you with the closest return address and a Return Authorization Form.

Returning orders to an address other than the designated one may lead to delays or refusal of refunds or exchanges. Also, if the returned item has no return form, we will not process any refunds. So please reach out to us first, and we'll be happy to help you initiate the return process.

Please take note of the following when returning the item:

  • Returned items must be in their original product packaging and in perfect or like-new condition.
  • For consumable items, we do not accept returns for items that are not sealed or have been opened.

Upon receiving your package, we'll conduct a quality check to ensure the item is in like-new condition and free from damage. Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact and a clean unit, to qualify for a refund. Remember to include all accessories and the Return Authorization Form with any returns for faster processing. Additionally, we recommend using a mailing option with tracking to ensure the safe delivery of your package.

Disclaimer: Returned items with broken packaging or not in their original product packaging will result in a deduction from the refund.
