Order changes can only be made if your order has not yet been picked and packed by our logistics team. Because we want to get your order to you as soon as possible, we aim to fulfill and ship your order as soon as we can, and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible!
If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will edit or cancel your order and you’ll receive a partial/full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using our What Is Your Returns Policy? so you can get your refund.
